Vantaggi

The company has grown very quickly which creates lots of opportunities to learn, stretch and take on meaningful responsibility early. If you’re motivated by ownership and impact, there’s plenty of room to grow here. The leadership team is approachable and receptive to feedback. Following a recent restructure, there’s been a noticeable step change in transparency and communication, which has helped rebuild clarity and trust. Regular weekly updates and clearer leadership messaging have made it easier to understand priorities and direction, particularly after a period of uncertainty. The culture remains collaborative, with supportive teammates who are willing to step in and help when things are moving fast.

Svantaggi

The recent restructure had a real impact on morale and created uncertainty across the business. While the changes were positioned as necessary, they were difficult and understandably unsettling for many people. As a fast-scaling company, priorities have shifted at times and some processes are still evolving. The pace is fast and won’t be for everyone - it’s best suited to people who enjoy a dynamic environment and can adapt as things change.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and thoughtful review. We recognise that the recent restructure was difficult and had a real impact on morale. We’re grateful for the resilience and professionalism our team has shown during that period. It’s encouraging to hear that the increased transparency, clearer priorities and weekly updates are making a difference. We’re committed to continuing that momentum while strengthening processes to support sustainable growth. We appreciate your honesty and your contribution to GetHarley’s journey!

Vantaggi

1. You’re given real ownership from early on. It’s not a place where you sit back as you’re expected to think commercially and act like a real owner of your book 2. Strong exposure to the bigger picture. Sales isn’t siloed, so you understand product, operations, and strategy more than you might in a larger company 3. Leadership is quite accessible. You’re close to decision-making and can raise ideas or concerns directly. 4. When the team is aligned, it feels collaborative and low-ego. Wins feel meaningful because you know how much work goes into them. I have left due to relocation rather than dissatisfaction. It’s not always easy, but the experience stays with you. I learned a lot during my time here especially about accountability and operating in a high-expectation environment

Svantaggi

1. The pace can be intense, particularly during periods of change. At times, priorities shift while expectations remain high. Internal communication is crucial 2. Here is not an environment for someone who prefers very fixed structure or predictability It requires a certain mindset - you need to be comfortable with intensity, ownership, and change. I’ve seen people join expecting a more “chill” sales role and struggle because that’s just not the reality here.

Vantaggi

There was an amazing, kind team of people here - many of whom have left / been made redundant.

Svantaggi

I don't usually leave these kinds of reviews, but like many people before me, I feel compelled to do so. If you get a call for an interview at Getharley, run!!. The team couldn't care less about the well-being of its employees. People are completely burned out, the atmosphere is miserable, and although in responses to previous reviews they repeat the typical "we do take all feedback seriously," this is absolutely fake. Every week, in team meetings, Charmaine and the leaders repeat the same empty rhetoric: "If we had known X amount of time ago what we know today, we would do things differently," and that everything is the way it is because "we're a startup." Constant excuses and zero real action. Wake up. The business has potential, but they seem to be forgetting something fundamental: the employees are the ones who do the work and sustain the company. Even so, there's no human resources department, no support from leaders, no real feedback, no career development plan, no professional growth. There's nothing. People are leaving because there's no future. Every week someone resigns or is fired, and the turnover is constant. The lack of talent is covered by interns who change every six months, and even though they do their best, it's exhausting for the team to have to train new people over and over again, without any kind of structure or continuity. To top it all off, the management style is a joke. There's no plan, no strategy, just improvisation.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for acknowledging the care and kindness of the team you worked with. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience felt unsupported, and uncertain - that’s not something we take lightly. Periods of rapid change, restructures, and difficult business decisions have had a real human impact, and we recognise that words alone are not enough. Over the past quarter we’ve been taking concrete steps to strengthen leadership accountability, introduce clearer people processes, and invest more deliberately in feedback and development. We know trust is rebuilt through action, not statements, and we are committed to doing that work. We appreciate your honesty and wish you well in your next chapter.
