5yGreat to hear that you felt the hours were conducive to remote work. We are quite proud of how quickly the Consumer Assistance Center team was able to go remote when COVID-19 struck. As far as training, we use a very similar structure to that of most schools, in the sense that training is primarily lecture- and demonstration-based classroom sessions and then self-paced modules/assignments that build on the content taught in class. It is quite a thorough, blended experience. If a student has additional needs after the program, help is available. We do hope during your time at GetInsured you felt comfortable enough to address any concerns — training or otherwise — with your manager, since we have an open door policy.
