Untrustworthy management and HR department. Multiple promises that were never kept. Sales directors that are over-paid while Sales Agents are very underpaid. Dishonest leadership. Discharged sales reps without any explanations. This company is mismanaged and is not a financial company but an I.T. company that cannot on any given week provide competent platforms for Sales Agents to earn a living. Sales matrix is skewed (like Las Vegas) where the House (Getinsured) always wins . Compensation is mediocre and than company has take-aways (claw backs as they call them) that constantly reduce your pay. The company keeps the full commissions you have earned and reduces your share using obsolete and creative (no other company I have worked for ever does what this company does to their employee wages) punitive methods to not pay out what Sales Agent has earned. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Professionals should avoid VIMO dba GETINSURED. Dysfunctional and punitive nonsensical replies to questions about how commissions are earned using a 32 column template and needing a 1 hr + meeting to explain why you did or did not earn the commission after you made a sale. Unbelievable convoluted processes to explain pay. How do I know they are dysfunctional and dishonest: "They open their mouths to speak!" 65% of Sales agents have been laid off after being told our department was expanding due to success of program. Company shows profit by reducing staff . Very unskilled leadership and unethical behavior. Failure as an IT company and failure to be truthful to professionals hired under misleading statements. I was told when hired as were others we would receive and earn equity in this start-up company only to be told by HR that was just a marketing tool to attract talent. Borders on illegal hiring practices. Professionals ,please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
