      Great to have a leader like our CEO - Nitin Sir. I am working here since last 5 years. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my manager. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great.       I have been working with GetPromoted.in for more than a year now and its a very progressive company. Good opportunity to learn new skills. Second Saturdays are also a holiday now. Promotions are work-based and evryone gets due credit for work done and contribution to projects.
