Having two offices in two different countries is amazing for the team's reach and culture, but it can occasionally create a bit of distance with the leadership team based in the other location. It's just that some decisions, or relationships build a bit more slowly when you're not physically in the same space day-to-day.

Management is horrible, there is no alignment in upper management or among the different departments There is no clear way or idea of what they have to do in order to succeed. A lot of promises were made, never kept or just randomly changed. HR department takes ages to do anything, like literally ages. The CEO is sitting on his golden throne and has no idea what is going on in his own company. He is not involved at all, which you need to be at least a little bit in a startup. There is also no communication and a toxic culture too
