Not a good place for experience holders as the management will keep you in loop only until they need you. I have worked with Getwork for less than 1 year & I was having experience of 1.5 years at that moment. I used to work for 10-11 hours a day even on sundays also(For which I got compensatory off...). Everything was good until the targets were not achieved. But after achieving the target, Behaviour of the management gradually started to change towards me. I was getting tortured in different manners everyday for this & that reasons. I was really depressed.....the level of depression was at an extent that one morning I submitted my resignation by my own decision & they din't even asked me the reason that why I have submitted resignation & I thoroughly believed that this is what they have planned for. They din't even allowed me serve the proper notice period which was 60 days as written in the appointment letter 7 terminated my employment in just 6 days. I had a chance of a counterattack & drag those people in legal manner but I am a employee having so much responsibilities on my shoulder that's why I decided to not to go forward. In short....It was worstest experience I could ever had in my whole professional life
