The company has adopted a “hiring and firing 2.0 in the last 6 months” approach — bringing people in, pushing them to the brink during probation, and letting them go once the hard work is done. There’s no job security and no transparency behind decisions. Managers show zero accountability while employees face nonstop pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. The so-called “culture” is really a pressure cooker, where people are expected to work day and night. Instead of supporting teams, management focuses on micromanagement and internal politics. The performance framework is designed to justify cuts rather than growth — it feels like a system built to overwork and replace people, not to develop them. Advice to Management: Start owning your decisions. Stop hiding behind “culture” and “performance dimensions.” People are burning out — you can’t build long-term success on constant fear and churn.
