REALLY, avoid it! Very toxic environment. Leadership doesn't have a vision, there are constant communications on big changes that don't feel connected to achieve a meaningful or logical purpose. Different benefits declining (justified in favor of "collaboration"): Work from home policy significantly reduced, restrictions on telecommuting, mandatory come back to office (when they ARE NOT prepared for the extra amount of people coming), and a long etc like overall company direction (definition of success for goals, raise on expectations for individuals for same pay, and we could keep going for quite a few paragraphs...) Cynical managers, they don't help or potentiate careers growth. Unclear expectations, noticeable favoritism, different bars depending on the team or department, frictions if you are not "happy" with their decisions or approach. Total inflexibility or support if you don't fit into their way of working (FRUSTRATING!). Never in my whole career I've ever had such a bad experience with a company, wishing to leave as soon as something better comes up. If you read up until here, believe me, it's not worth it, go to somewhere else. You'll get burn out and feel and unreasonable frustration. Don't listen to recruiter, they'll try to sell it to you like paradise or some fancy faang company, it's NOT!
