The communication between management and clients is severely lacking, which creates an inefficient and frustrating work environment. Additionally, the bonus system seems unfair and poorly structured—despite making a payment larger than the manager's salary, I received less than 1% of the expected bonus. The level of micromanagement is excessive, often detracting from meaningful work and creating a toxic atmosphere. Furthermore, the company's approach to diversity and inclusion is deeply concerning. For instance, an African American woman was reprimanded for discussing her food preferences in a company chat, while others from different backgrounds were free to engage in similar conversations without consequence. In another instance, a Black employee, known for his punctuality and professionalism, was terminated after calling out a VP for consistently only interacting with white employees. Additionally, the time tracking system is flawed—clocking out for a break at 1:00 and back in at 1:01 resulted in an inaccurate time calculation. Managers spent an excessive amount of time micromanaging employees instead of addressing important tasks and responsibilities. There were also numerous instances where patients contacted us about updating their health insurance, yet the system failed to reflect these changes due to managerial neglect. The company's lack of compassion, particularly when it comes to assisting elderly patients, is disheartening. Furthermore, the financial constraints placed on staff—such as being instructed not to offer discounts during tough economic times—demonstrates a lack of consideration for both employees and clients. Overall, I would advise against applying or working here, as the work environment is not conducive to growth, fairness, or compassion.

My experience at Getix Health was frustrating due to poor leadership and a lack of structure. Management communication is inconsistent, and expectations often change without clear direction, making it difficult to perform effectively. There is a strong culture of micromanagement. Team leads closely monitor every task but often lack the knowledge or experience to provide meaningful guidance or resolve issues. This creates unnecessary pressure, especially when dealing with complex accounts or denials, because support is limited when you actually need it. Training was minimal and did not adequately prepare employees for the role. Much of the learning is self-taught, yet employees are still expected to meet high productivity standards quickly. The workload can be overwhelming, and expectations often feel unrealistic given the level of training and support provided.
