We are committed to building a culture that actively combats racism and that is inclusive of all experiences and perspectives. Similarly, we’ve increased our investments in development programs including our Amplified Mentoring Program directed at creating opportunity for our colleagues who have historically been underrepresented. Additional efforts include our Leader Foundation, Foundational Learning to Diversity & Inclusion and Anti-Racism leadership learning and programs. Our Leadership Principles guide our decisions and we expect our managers and leaders to not only live by them, but to Lead By Example. We are also committed to pay fairness and conduct regular audits utilizing internal and external benchmarks.
