4yHi there. Thank you so much for posting a review, and for your contributions over the past 9+ years that you have spent with us. There are events unfolding all around the world that are shocking, inspiring, devastating, monumental, history-making, and nevertheless, impactful. It is our mission to Move the World and provide coverage of this content to our customers. With this immense responsibility to the public comes an additional responsibility to our employees. We work hard to cultivate a culture that is inclusive of different voices, perspectives, and experiences and that provides opportunities for every single person, despite locale, tenure, or status. It is heartwarming that you have built lasting friendships and feel changed for working at this company. In addition, I do want to emphasize that there is always room for improvement and growth, and to your point one of these key areas is our data infrastructure. We continue to prioritize development in this area and will invest in key areas to remain competitive. In tandem is the investment to our employee's growth, which is a core goal for our Human Resources team in 2022 as we built out career progression ladders for every team and function.
