The people were great! We have Happy hours Friday afternoon at the drop of a hat! (nearly) every team had great energy and enthusiasm. I loved working there.

They can't seem to keep their people (and I never figured out why). Also, though "No Silos" is a stated value, in my short time there, I often saw departments leave ignore teams' work, when acting on it could provide value to the larger organization.
