If you want to know why decisions are made, Getty prides itself on making information available. It's not forced on you, but leadership is open and typically announce business decisions formally - written - and then again in open forums so employees can engage and ask questions. - Change. There is enough change and innovation to keep you interested and excited about your day to day work, without creating any level of uncertainty as often can be the case when 'change' is frequent in a business. - Culture. The people are open, the business is global and there is diversity in every sense.

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
