3yThank you for sharing your feedback. We agree, we do have an intelligent, well-intentioned team and are excited about our business outlook. We have spent time working on how and why we communicate and very glad to hear that is resonating. Regarding your additional feedback, we appreciate your time to share with us your concerns, the insight allows us to dig in further and understand how this is impacting you and potentially others. It is unfortunate to hear this is your experience of people management and know we are actively working on continuing to educate our people managers through programs such as People Manager Essentials and Leader Foundations. Our team is striving to grow in the Search space and we have carefully crafted our Goals and Core Drivers to ensure we are focused on the most important items, which is why we have hired critical Search talent. It is important to we are tapping our talent for the best possible solutions. While we do hear feedback on career growth possibilities, by establishing more frequent check-ins throughout the year, we are currently working on developing further career development in Technology. Search is a key part of our future success. Consistent with our Leadership Principle of transparency, I’ve shared this review with our CTO and Search Leadership team. They are taking this feedback onboard together with feedback shared by employees in our Employee Engagement Survey and during midyear review discussions.
