We have cultivated a culture that is hyper-transparent and shares as much as possible on all areas of the organization. It is a unique aspect that sets us apart, and to your point, makes us such a special place to work. I totally understand the pains of global timezones and that sometimes it can be difficult to accommodate in AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
