Through benchmarking work that has taken place in the past year, the HR team and leaders have mapped out clear career ladders for every function and role. The intention is to ensure transparency with levels and how to get to the next step in your career. I encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner or manager to discuss areas of opportunity and growth.
In terms of the promotion process and flexibility, we do work to ensure employees are able to maintain a consistent work/life balance and promote our Flexible Work model for all. We also follow a regular cadence for evaluating all promotions and continuously revisit the process to ensure it is fair and equitable.
