We know working through the pandemic was a tough time for all employees and we worked hard to ensure everyone was taken care of and supported to the fullest extent. We know the transition to "the new normal" wasn't easy, and we thank you for speaking so positively about how pandemic work was handled.
I also appreciate your feedback about performance expectations. As a company, we have regular performance reviews for all employees, as well as quarterly check-ins with managers to ensure both the employee's personal and professional goals are being met. For employees who may not be reaching their fullest potential, we offer additional trainings through Work Ramp, opportunities to work with Human Resources and managers to receive specialized support and resources, and Performance Improvement Plans for those who need additional support in their role.
