Work life balance was very reasonable here (with the exception of on-call weeks). You'll also get to work with a nice group of people.

The engineers and lower level managers doing the work are discouraged from sharing ideas or giving feedback to how problems will be solved early on. The decision making process is top down. There is no communication between technology and product departments, which has led to stagnation and lack of innovation. I left because we never seemed to be working on anything new, impactful or interesting. They also promise a 15% bonus, but since the company doesn't make any money you will never see a penny of that promise. Health and other benefits are well below average.

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
