- Management tend to make decisions on their own rather than getting the employee's involved, i.e. the director and his boss transited a junior colleague from customer research team to retail analytics/commercial team without asking for the junior's willingness before announcing the move during restructuring - Routine work, everyone can do the tasks after short period of time - Low pay and unfair bonus scheme structure
