There is no incentive to perform, high performers aren't rewarded and low performers aren't held accountable to improve. It't retail so shifts include nights and weekends.

The Hours SUCK. Close one night (10 pm or 11 pm) then have to be right back at 6 am or 7 am. "Clopen" at least twice a week. And they can send you anywhere, they say up to an hour, and they make sure they send you as far as they can from your home. They are a bunch of power trippers and ego maniacs
