There are some great people in GI, these people together can make out some very good products. if doing right, can shoot up making use of a successful case.

The CEO is too far away / lack of a culture for enpowerment people / Some directors/senior managers only care about their own jobs not the business growth, they laid off the low cost/hands on staffs in China but keep/hire those high cost ones around themselves in Hong Kong.

Really nice people who work very hard

Leadership is unable to communicate a clear vision by which all employees can chart their paths. Leadership seems disinclined to value you employees as contributors-they view employees as a drain on the P&L. No one is empowered to make real decisions and and the only thing anyone is allowed to own is blame.
