I joined Gigleaz two months ago with high hopes and enthusiasm, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. As a new employee, I expected timely salary payments and clear communication from the management, but neither has been forthcoming.
Firstly, despite multiple emails and personal conversations with HR, the issue of salary payment remains unresolved. Promises of payment "tomorrow" or "the day after" have consistently fallen through, leaving me and many of my colleagues in financial uncertainty.
Moreover, the lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. HR personnel claim ignorance about salary disbursements, which is simply unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation.
This experience has not only caused financial strain but has also damaged my trust in the company's leadership and its ability to fulfill basic contractual obligations. As professionals, we rely on our employers to uphold their end of the employment agreement, and the failure to do so reflects poorly on Gigleaz.
