Vadym, as the CEO, is very humble—he doesn’t mind teaching me how I should do my work. I also appreciate the flexibility in working hours provided by the management. It truly values and respects the employees as human beings.

The office is located in the Canggu area, which is a densely populated area in Bali. I have to commute for an hour to get to the office, so I feel that the downside comes more from my personal situation rather than from GigRadar itself.
