Coworkers are professional and easy to get along with. They do their best in the system that's in place. They exist in an industry that's not going anywhere in the foreseeable future.

Heavy reliance on HQ means you need to deal with approval for everything. High turnover rate means you'll find yourself assigned jobs you weren't hired for with little to no training. Limited opportunities to advance in career in the US.
