We all used to LOVE this place and everything it stood for. The people were great and the culture was amazing. But the choice to take a lower selling price and especially to a Private Equity firm destroyed Gigamon inside and out. Please take a second to Google 'Elliot Group' acquisitions and see tons of articles about how each company turned out afterwards.

Gigamon Execs/Mgmt (and future prospects), PLEASE, take the time to read the reviews all from the last 6-9 months - people are crying out. Upper management is terrible, chasing the next buyout (which Elliot does) and have lost their souls. There is a mass exodus and the exits are only getting larger in number - trust me.

From my perspective, Gigamon has always been about the People, the Technology and the Opportunity. From a leadership team perspective, this has not changed.
