2moThanks for sharing your view. Let’s keep this simple and factual.
• On job security
You were not let go randomly. You had feedback, time, and chances to improve. Job security here is tied to performance — not tenure.
•On clients and stability
The work and clients were there. The expectation was to deliver consistently. That’s where things didn’t align.
•On “sudden” decisions
It only feels sudden if earlier feedback is ignored or not taken seriously.
•On salary timing
There may have been minor delays at times, but payments were always honored. That hasn’t changed.
•On work hours
We don’t expect 24/7. We expect a committed 40-hour week. The issue usually comes when time is spent, but outcomes don’t follow — and deadlines start slipping.
•On late nights
Late hours are not the norm. They usually show up when work is pushed too close to deadlines.
One honest note:
A growing AI company needs people who adapt, take ownership, and deliver without being chased. That environment doesn’t work for everyone.
We wish you well. Hopefully, your next role is a better fit for your working style.
