None. Best to avoid. Very poor ethics. A specific example, until mid of 2020, the company was paying fair compensation for retrenchment ( 15 days for every year of service) . However, from end 2022 it stopped paying and suddenly for people with 25 + years were just paid peanuts.. Another example, it made number of onroll employees to move to off role, against the labour law. There are number of court cases , from customers also.
