False promises regarding bonuses, investment opportunities, favoritism among upper management and charge nurses, benefits change mid year and very high copays, out of pocket costs, vision of owners is $$$ and not patient care, overcharge for every single procedures, no consistency among doctors, management threatens staff many times and wants charts changed to reflect care that should be performed and not care actually performed, had expensive Christmas parties yet let staff go due to budget cuts
