Culture of s-xual harassment. Nonstop talk from managers about all their extra marital affairs and the workers they hire in Las Vegas. It’s constant and disgusting. Please be careful, ladies! HR is well aware but wants to protect random people because it’s a family owned business and they don’t have to have any logic behind their decisions. I’ve reported them to the department of labor and equal employment office. Looking forward to them following labor laws some day. Also worked 60-80 hours per week cuz my manager had no idea what he was doing and thought that if I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off that it would make him look good to his boss. Meanwhile this guy didn’t know anything about the product or accounts. He literally thought UCLA and UCSF were the same universities. I guess that what happens when you get your degree online. The manager thought he was a master manipulator but I’m pretty sure he had early onset Alzheimer’s because he is so delusional. He would constantly make us late for important meetings with places like Bayer and Roche. Absolutely delulu
