5yThank you for your feedback, but I'm going to take off the kid gloves here for reasons listed below.
I'll handle your last point first. It is true that, from time to time, we ask active employees to leave honest feedback during their tenure to offset the negativity posted on this site by disgruntled former employees like yourself. We don't force employees to leave positive ratings, mostly because we can't. We don't give bonuses for giving the CEO 5-starts because that's illegal. The only thing "interesting" about the increase in positive ratings is that your monitoring this site on a daily basis.
Second, it is below the line to attack other co-workers with illegitimate claims. It’s one thing to be critical of senior management, but spreading gossip publicly about a team member who has been with the company for 5+ years is disrespectful and untrue.
Lastly, I will add that we haven’t had a Marketing Specialist at Gimbal since... ever. In my opinion, this completely invalidates the entirety of your review. It’s one thing to leave an anonymous review on a site like this; it’s another to lie about your role. And if you're lying about your role, what part of your review is factual? We'll let the readers decide.
