      Generous vacation (that is if you could use it without being interrupted). Benefits are decent. A handful of hardworking, dedicated employees.

      Absolutely no work/life balance! No clear direction from upper management. Upper management doesn't report accurate numbers or progress to the owner. They make money but lose it on foolish business decisions and multiple mistakes.
