There are two teams - one based in America and the other in India. If you're from India, I would not recommend joining this place at all. The culture is only focused for U.S based employees. Indians are hired to do SDR work with no plan of growth, are overworked and are always compared lesser to the team in America. No healthcare, benefits given to Indian employees and with my experience, lack of dignity as well. The managers and senior management overlook your work all day except the time you have to present your numbers in a meeting. You don't really do much but send emails with the hope someone will book a meeting. You cannot transition into a different role and you're stuck.

- startup in sports & education - customers love us, which is refreshing - product is awesome and getting better & better - people here work hard & care

Svantaggi

- remote work & not a ton of opportunities to meet team in person (unless you are in nyc) - not going to get hand held, so requires being more of a self-starter / startup person

We built a social media graphics creation solution that schools loved, but it didn't get the investors the money they want. It seemed clients liked us, but we weren't profitable enough.

Svantaggi

We now need to be profitable and enter new markets which is causing chaos. I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes under in the next year.
