We have multiple meetings and surveys to capture feedback to include multiple new hire surveys, multiple meetings between employee and supervisor in the form of individual weekly check-ins, team weekly meetings, sporadic culture surveys, monthly company-wide meetings, quarterly touchpoints, and annual reviews; all with individualized KPI’s.
