The company values aren't just written down to make the company sound good, but they're actually upheld and encouraged by upper management. Even (and especially) things like taking time off. The CEO and other execs actually listen to all employees, no matter their position or newness to the company. If it's a good idea, it gets heard and acted upon. This rarity is enhanced even further by the openness of the daily team call and other calls.
