This organization has the best conducive work environment with an "open-door" policy where anyone can approach anyone with questions/concerns any time without the usual bureaucracy. The staffs and managers are friendly and supportive. The organization is alleviating poverty in rural communities of Kenya and all I can say is "its God sent"

Relatively low salary for junior staffs

Good working conditions with minimum supervision, career development is emphasised, team work and honesty are one the core values.

They have few projects and their contracts are too short.
