My experience with Glarus Technologies has been extremely disappointing. The work environment lacks structure and professionalism. There's a toxic culture of micromanagement, and employees are often terminated without clear reasoning or proper process. Rather than fostering growth and trust, the management style creates fear and instability. There is no proper workflow or organization, and leadership seems more focused on control than collaboration. Unfortunately, this has made it one of the worst professional experiences I’ve encountered. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when considering opportunities with this company.
