With the exception of leadership and some middle management, the people are good. Work life balance is ok but if you’re not logged in earlier or later than work hours it is noted and considered that you do not have enough work to do or don’t want to work here badly enough.

Company does not give raises and they underpay employees. Don’t be tricked by the bonus if you’re debating an offer. You don’t get the majority of it. Do your salary research and know your worth. This place will trick you into thinking they are paying you market value. They are not. Managers micromanage. It’s really bad here. They’re the ones who oversee the workload, but at the same time they question if you really have 40 hours worth of work to do or are just spreading your work out over 40 hours. It’s a quantity over quality mentality, which leads to managers giving employees overwhelming amounts of work and burning them out. Employees are not trusted. Managers also don’t value or respect the expertise of the people they hire and act on their own hunches. No data supports these decisions and it’s really a demoralizing position to be in. Leadership is a joke. Most of the sales org has been fired. Many others have been too but the company keeps it quiet. Glassbox laid off 15% of employees and simultaneously hired a new exec, while marketing is on a powertrip. Sales exec contributed to the huge layoffs in sales because he believes in bringing in his own expensive people. You only get 10 PTO days in the US. HR held a meeting to tell us they will be going through calendars and out of office replies to make sure employees don’t take any unreported time off. Imagine having this much time on your hands and treating your hard working employees like kindergartners? The company also does not support employees or their professional development. If you are lacking something you need, do not speak up or You put your job at risk. It is incredibly siloed with no support from management or leadership . No one should ever be scared to share ideas or ask questions or even clarify an ask from upper management. You risk being bullied if you do. There is no clear direction. That being said, you are expected to know the direction at all times. If the company pivots no one will tell you and you are just expected to know. If you don’t then you might as well be looking for a new job because that’s a nail in your coffin. US employees have no sense of community or team. The company is too cheap to have onsite meetings for people in the US. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews. HR ran an incentivized campaign. Do you really want to work for a company that is dishonest from the start? Do yourself a favor and filter the reviews so you get a real glimpse into this terrible company. Something better will come along. Know your worth and don’t work here!!!!!!!
