Glassbox’s approach has always been looking holistically at our people, assessing an individual's contribution, as well as personal needs. Over the years we kept the career growth and training budget in place, ensuring that we are above the market average
We encourage our employees to be transparent and proactive and to own their path!
The most recent data at Glassbox shows high satisfaction ratings between managers and their direct employees with emphasis on high autonomy, ability to make an impact and having a strong and professional team that supports each other.
Outlined below is a taste of our proactive approach to ensure a strong and thriving culture:
1. Continuously tracking & monitoring offers & salary increase through a paid benchmark, keeping in mind the current market & staying attractive in our industry.
2. Creating opportunities for the remote US team to meet & interact both face to face and virtually while committing to a remote - work from anywhere approach.
3. Reviewing perks and benefits on an annual basis for all our global sites. Currently our US Glassboxers are offered a total of 21 days
4. Encouraging our employees to share their voice with continuous conversations, surveys, 1:1's and even took a gamble and laughed at a Glassdoor campaign last year. We were fortunate to see that most Glassboxers felt positive and shared good feedback and we learned and improved from the feedback in general.
