Vantaggi

Great mission. Respectable CEO. Dog friendly MV office

Svantaggi

Hectic work and crazy deadlines. Expectation from leadership was extra hours of work at nights and weekends. Lack of appreciation for the work. Meager amount of stock options during the performance review cycle. Pay doesn’t match the San Francisco area standards. Overall more work for less pay. Greatest of missions cannot motivate people to stick around.

Thank you very much for this candid feedback. We strive to ensure that employees feel supported in balancing their personal lives and work lives. Leadership is never encouraged to push staff members to work on nights and weekends and it's very unfortunate if this has been your experience. Deadlines are undoubtedly a part of a fast-moving business and necessary for collaborating teams to begin their areas of work on projects as well. I would like to discuss this further with you one to one if you are comfortable reaching out. It is very important to me that our staff feels supported in maintaining a healthy work-life balance when joining with us. -Lee-Anne Farley, Director HR

Vantaggi

The benefits and culture were probably the best I've ever had. Even better than the benefits were the people I worked with. I enjoyed coming into work and doing my job and really stood behind the company tag line of helping people find jobs they love.

Svantaggi

During covid things started getting bad. Like many other companies layoffs came around and how the company handled those were terrible. You show up one day and next thing you know you lose access and cryptic email and then your'e gone. This happened again in 2025. They brought in person whose job it was to basically get people to leave. They didn't care about the content on the site, or any of the efforts in place to promote integrity and transparency and instead just wanted to shove AI down everyone's throat. What's sad is that Glassdoor was once a great company that I was proud to say I worked for. Now it's just like everywhere else, AI, AI, AI and trying to get people to quit before the next round of layoffs.
