Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a former leader of one of our employee resource groups and someone who prioritizes a diverse and inclusive workplace myself, I love to hear that you feel you can truly be your authentic self here.
I also take your feedback about heavy workloads to heart. We’re actively working on ways to rebalance books, simplify tasks and processes and automate where we can: these are core focuses of our plan this year. We hope that it will leave you feeling less overwhelmed every day (and easier for folks to provide coverage if you want to take advantage of our open PTO policy, too). I’d also add that I am encouraged by the People (HR) Team’s continued focus on our “Remote Evolution” since they are always looking at ways for us to have a strong work-life balance as we work from home.
