My advice for potential candidates is read all of the reviews closely. All 5 star reviews are (somehow!) almost identical and the same themes run throughout all negative reviews. Culture is toxic from the top down but feedback is only allowed in the form of extreme positivity. Team members are fired without warning or insight into the decision Time off not as advertised. During recruitment process you're told it's unlimited but once you join there's a hard line of 5-15 days. Pay is way below market value. Very little diversity If your goal is to join a company with a great product and potentially high stock value in the future, Glean is a great choice. If you value company culture, work life balance, making market rate for your salary, or diversity, Glean is probably not for you.
