      Hardly ever any work to do, spend most of my time at my desk trying to fall asleep never walked through or taught to do something, expected to now even as an intern with no experience.

      Depends on the client you are working for. If you’re with a stable client, work life balance is good. Typically not 50-60 hour weeks. More in the range of 40-45 hours if you’re efficient with your time. Compensation is towards what the market is offering. Benefits are good. PTO is competitive for consulting, and encouraged to be used.

      There is not as much visibility into career growth opportunities currently. Leadership is working to turn that around.
