Culture of Positivity is slowly growing within the IT department , but this is making a certain individual very uncomfortable as he is becoming less relevant and important. He has been writing False reviews on GlassDoor (see false review dated 23/12/17 ) to push his agenda and to undermined the new developments . Maybe he feels that if he can get people to leave he can hinder this new positive direction the Group is headed and make himself more relevant and important again. There is a great Team Spirit and a positive outlook from within the IT Department in General. Come and join our freshly developing team as we are all heading in a exciting new direction (with or without this individual)
