Global has a great staff. Everyone works as a team to provide great service to our clients. Global has experts in just about every aspect of Technology and it's awesome to work with knowledgeable people who are willing to share their strengths to help the whole staff become even better. It's always a nice feeling to get deserving, positive feedback from clients about the company you work for. If you are looking for a job or a company for your IT support, Global is definitely a premium choice.

I wish there was an earlier shift, although 9-5:30pm isn't horrible.

There are no positive aspects

You work in a basement. They spy on you and log your time-in. Don't be 2 minutes late too often or you'll get fired. No problems in having you work late with no overtime pay though. Short half-hour lunchtime that is too short to enjoy and properly digest your meal, so you end up spending lunch in-office eating take-out with staff that you want to escape from. You're on your own, with little or no assistance. All employees get outdated computers, and are expected to 'fend for themselves' in regard to getting the software needed to do their jobs. This place will chew you up and spit you out.
