      - Work from home (98% of the time) - PTO almost always approved - Pay is great~ 10k+ per month - Health insurance discounts - OT is always available but not required to do

      Svantaggi

      - Bad Hours (we are open 7-10pm 7 days a week) so you can get stuck with any shift between then - Don't trust HR to resolve issues - Some bad managers who terribly micromanage people - Issues don't always get solved and get swept under the rug - Favoritism in some departments

      Absolutely NO pros working here

      Company is terrible. Favoritism shown, policies constantly change for the benefit of higher ups. HR is involved with associates there is no separation of the two. Managers do absolutely NO work. No raises are ever considered. The company refuse doctor notes if written out for medical conditions the company is POOR!
