Employees and vendors are treated as a necessary evils instead of partners or team members. Responsibility is given to employees and then trumped by critical micro-management. There is no reward or recognition from senior management for a good job or for putting in extra time. It is just expected continuously. Reviews do not include all the accomplishments and focus only on many perceived negatives. Rumors become fact with no search for the truth to verify them. Employee turnover is large.
