Great benefits and bonuses. We are always shown appeciate for all our hard work and efforts from management. This company offers great training for other positions. I feel this company gives people without any experiance a chance to learn and grow within the company.

Svantaggi

We could use more structure in the company and improve our employee handbook. This mainly would help and prevent some employees from feeling too comfortable and laid back. I would like to see improvements in the employee breakroom such as everyonce being responsible for cleaning after themself, taking food home at the end of the week and other safety precautions to take when being the first person in and last person out of the office. I just think some of the staff needs to be reminded of these things.

- Nepotism is still very much alive, be warned. - Industry standard pay and benefits does NOT mean they're on the cutting edge of the standard. Takes several months for them to adjust. - Inconsistent enforcement of COVID-19 policy during height of pandemic. Favored employees were allowed to WFH or ignore mask policy all together. - Unprofessional behavior from management. Behavior that makes it difficult to approach them for any questions. - Limited career advancement/growth opportunities. Global helps new hires approach the high bar of learning of the ever-evolving oil and gas database system and knowledge they keep, but the ceiling of said knowledge is low to that bar. - Lack of resources for employees. There is no central handbook for common database/as-builting scenarios. Handwriting notes reinforces learning - until you forget to write something down. Rarely, lack of project-specific resources as well.
