Just horrible, if not desperate do not Apply - Recensione dipendente - Load Control presso Global Load Control

- Terrible working environment, offices are terrible and need to be fixed. - The management is not managing anything, shifts are often more than the law allows, no properly resting days in between the shifts. - Constant lies ( example, "German is not needed so often" but you work 90% with Germany at the beginning which speaks German only). Lies about bonuses and growth inside the company, there is if you are in Cape Town. The other centers have limited positions available. - Then there is the not improvement at all of the workers but expectations to work like a Robot with an insane amount of Flights. - The management or Back office, they have no clue of the work handled in an everyday situation, but call you in for work-related stuff and then expect you to explain something which clearly is written in front of them. Then there is the fact that they do not know anything works, same goes for the HQ in Cape Town. - Also the management in Brno as in HQ just incapable for this work, now human basic knowledge of how to treat people, the last chosen Manager is the worst one yet. That one lacks all the empathy or normal understanding of anything and thins just that she is above everyone. - HR Clearly lacks the knowledge of the labor law of the country they are employed in, as they would know the limits of planning shifts and the number of days which clearly are stated to be given as off. Just terrible.
