The people below the CEO are all great. All are motivated and are smart likable people. If you are just starting your career, then GPC will give you experience that you will need, both good & bad when looking for your next job. Leaving after 2-3 years is the smart move.

If you are looking for growth & good pay, GPC is not the place for you. The CEO may be a fine person, but his management style is wearing after a few weeks.
