- Middle management & HR : super Incompetent & unprofessional. The team of J&J is an absolute disaster. - Development management team is a joke. Has no experience or qualification to do the job. And one of the Dev managers was rejected after interview by the team but later we found out he was hired as he used to work with another top manager (he was his buddy). Bad managers hiring more and more bad managers. And main responsibility of that person is to check the cleanliness of washrooms. Now they have started hiring more of their old buddies (recent IBM layoffs). - Heavy on managers. They have even managers to manage other managers & they produce absolutely nothing. - People are extremely unhappy & demotivated. - Poor salary & benefits. Only 2 weeks of vacation. - You have to say goodbye to your career growth and goals. Thanks to HR & incompetent managers. - They have created sub team lead and technical lead positions: the job description says - that person does not need be the best technical person or best coder. So they are telling you anyone can be "promoted" even that person can't code or has no skills. This demotivates other skilled people. As they have already promoted some terrible junior programmers as sub team lead. - No new product or road map. No future plan. All the negative reviews are true here. So I will not repeat those.

You can’t make a deal with a bad person, the CEO is not a decent person. Very poor leadership and unhappy clients under house arrest b/c of the data. It’s tough to leave GR. Oh, forgot, zero equity.
