Upon first impressions, you are given the sense that this is a great place to work. Very nice office space and senior management staff that have all served our great nation, which you would assume would promote loyalty and teamwork - WRONG!
I was duped by this false impression like many before me, but hopefully not too many after! The exceptionally toxic "Bro Culture" was impossible to get a grasp of. The management strategy and business plan (If indeed there ever was one) changed almost weekly, with no idea on to win or execute business, despite some promising early signs from talented employees - which left the company to pursue better opportunities.
The turnover of staff here is beyond excessive, far more than any company I have ever known or worked at. Before I worked here dozens of talented people were hired, then fired or left. During my time there dozens were also fired or left - a true sign of the health and culture in this company when the total headcount is maybe 70 on a good day!
Most former employees (I imagine) decide not to leave any reviews for the fear of being pursued legally, or by some other methods (read the recent lawsuit filed against the company and CEO).
The company is awash with speculation and secrets, with a constant air of distrust and uncertainty on a daily basis.
Don't be fooled by the fancy office space, you can do far better - trust me!
